Who, Why, Where

Who We Are

Our members are a warm, friendly group of women and men who lunch and dine together and participate in many enjoyable activities at the Club. We are from varied backgrounds, national origins, and geographic areas of the local community. Through informal contacts, planned events and learning opportunities, you are sure to find members who share your interests.

Our Mission

The Ann Arbor City Club is dedicated to enriching the lives of its members and member clubs and the community at large by providing social, educational, cultural, service, and charitable opportunities in a unique facility.

front rampOur Home

Built in the late 1800s as a spacious and elegant home, the house and grounds are now maintained as a community resource featuring stunning gardens, ever-changing art displays, a dining room and adjacent patio, a club lounge, a library, and a variety of gathering areas. In January 2008, the membership voted to change the name from Ann Arbor Women's City Club to Ann Arbor City Club. A history of the original building and its development as the Ann Arbor City Club is available on our website.

We have just completed a renovation that includes an elevator, more rest rooms, a larger ballroom, and a redesigned lobby. Don’t miss the slide shows of our house and grounds before the 2008 renovation. Photos of our new look will be available soon.
