Registration for Classes

REGISTRATION: Register in person at the Open House on Wednesday, September 10, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Some classes may have student maximums and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Classes may have openings after registration day. Please contact the City Club office at 734-662-3279 after September 10 if you would like to attend. We hope to have online registration available soon.

PAYMENT POLICY: Classes and material fees will be charged to members’ accounts. Members will be billed for classes at the time of registration. Withdrawal from a class or classes must be done with the approval of both the instructor and the P&C Chair. (NOTE: Please do not sign up for a class(es) unless you really plan to attend. Withdrawal from a class(es) requiring a minimum number of students may cause cancellation of that class. See cancellation policy below). Refunds will be made at the discretion of the P&C Chair.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Members who withdraw from a class(es) with less than 24 hours notice to the instructor and the P&C Chair, will be charged for the class and billed to the members’ accounts, and may also incur a supply fee for some classes in which materials have already been purchased by the instructor. If a class is canceled by the City Club, either because the minimum enrollment has not been reached, or the instructor is unable to teach it, members who have enrolled will be notified by the City Club office, either by phone or by e-mail.

GUEST PASSES: AACC members may bring a guest to any of our “one-time” classes. Payment for the guest will be billed to the member’s account. The member must take the class with the guest. There will be no unaccompanied use of guest passes. The pass is not usable for multiple classes that meet once a week.
