The list of classes for the fall term can be found in the September issue of the Beacon and for winter/spring in the January issue of the Beacon.
The following policies were approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting on February 24, 2009.
Registration: A member may register for classes at the Open House, or prior to the Open House at the front desk or by telephone. Members’ names will be placed on the class sign up sheets at the time of the Open House. No preference is given for advance registration. Some classes may have student maximums and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation/Payment Policy: Members who sign up for classes will have forty-eight (48) hours after the Open House to cancel, thereafter, there will be no refunds. Class and material (if any) fees will be charged to the member’s account after the forty-eight (48) grace period. If a class is cancelled by the City Club due to the minimum not being met or the instructor is unable to teach, enrolled members shall be notified by the City Club office by telephone or e-mail.
Guests: AACC members may bring a guest to any of the ONE-TIME classes. Payment for the guest will be billed to the member’s account. The member MUST take the class with the guest. Guests may not attend classes that meet more than one time.
